William Adjei has served as Board Secretary for North Star Classical Christian School since its founding in 2021. He and Kristy Adjei, North Star’s Co-Founder  have been married for 22 years and are parents to four children, three of whom are active North Star Navigators. Born in Ghana, William has lived in multiple countries, and continues to love traveling. Outside of work, William enjoys investing, playing disc golf, books (both audio and hard copy), scrabble, and the simple pleasure of a long walk - preferably at the beach. 

Professionally, William is a senior executive at KBC Advisors, where he applies more than two decades of experience in commercial real estate to formulate strategy, improve operations and lead growth. William values developing high performing leaders and teams, mentoring, and tackling complex problems. He additionally serves as Board Chair for the Aruna Project, is a member of the Advisory Board for the Neff College of Business at The University of Toledo, and the a Board Member of the Chicago based Commercial Real Estate Fellowship. 

What excites William most about North Star’s future is the dream of a permanent campus tailored to its Classical Christian mission. He is inspired by the school’s vision of shaping the hearts and minds of students, equipping them to live purposefully and glorify God in every area of life.
